High's: +20 to +24C Hx +28C; Low's: +17C to +8C; Wind: Mostly light SV, gusts to 52km/hr during rain storm; Dew: 2 med, 1 heavy. This past week was wet. But due to previous 0m rain for two weeks, 78.0mm this week soaked in. We had two lengthy rain storms, each spanned a day, overnight, next AM. There were temporary puddles, but no run-off. Creeks, streams and marshes got a boost. Lots of wind during one rain, blew the rain around. The deer have it right--they relax on the grass, in the rain. You can see the improvement in shrubs, trees and plants. They are back to lush and vibrant. The deer get a buffet. During all of this precip, we had mist, drizzle, rain, and fog. And lots of humidity. During the 25.0mm rain, walking outdoors was like walking into a sauna. And stating a Capt Obvious--tourism lightened during the rains, as did the NS Power overhead work on Peggy's Cove Rd. They are making very good progress. Last note, NS Burn Ban map is currently ALL GREEN. (The Mooseland Fire is being held).
