Only .08" rain in the past 18 days, and that came from a few mostly dry thunderstorms this week. There were local storms in some areas that dropped a lot of rain, but not here. Very hot temperatures for weeks now have dried everything out. High temp this week was 98. Grass is brown, garden needs water every day. Streams are getting very low, although still about normal for this time of year. No nearby wildfires yet, but now we have smoke from Oregon and Washington. They are calling wildfire danger as high right now.
