After 10 days of naught but .02 precipitation, and already mildly dry, we have moved to moderately dry. Since our last conditions report, our temperature has moderated towards normal, though air quality fluctuates due to Canadian forest fires. This causes me to regret those cool Northerly winds. Outdoor plants/grass need constant watering to maintain life. The Connecticut River, where I row, has shown her shallows, and buoys have gone up to mark shallow water for practice/race rowing. Two days ago we received 0.42 as a front moved through, but just not often enough.
