Little rain has occurred in the last several months.  Evergreens are stressed with losses of some piñion.  Ground has become somewhat hydrophobic when it rains. Wildfire risks are extremely high.  Creeks are running very low.  Local reservoirs (Mountain Home reservoir) are being drawn down to the point CPW has designated a fish salvage.
