Since last reported on 06/28/2026, received only 0.15 inches from Multi-Day Accumulation 07/01 - 07/16 and 0.03" from Daily Accumulation for a total of 0.18". With hot and dry conditions, the soil has dried significantly since last report. Topsoil sample taken this afternoon down to the 3.0" level indicates dry, hard and dusty soil conditions. All recently planted trees have been provided supplemental water. Perennials are doing great with the drip irrigation system. Became overheated when pulling weeds around the property. 

Observed the return of the Hummingbirds. It appears there are fewer bees in the area since my return. With minimal precipitation since the beginning of July, I have revised the Condition Scale from Mildly Dry to Moderately Dry.
