On the Moderately Dry side of Mildly Dry. Ponds are low, difficult to find any flow in some intermittent streams. But Shenandoah is running at typical level. Brown patches in grassy areas have not greened. Some yellow leaves beginning to fall from Tulip Poplar and Walnut trees. Ground is dry. Trail use remain good despite heat.
