Although we have had more rainfall this month than last, the soil is still quite dry. Rivers & lakes are still low. We're still in the "moderate drought" category. Temps are starting to rise as is normal for July. I'm seeing lots of bees in my garden, especially on my pollinator plants. My pair of hummingbirds feed on the flowers I've grown for them. Lots of lizards & skinks in my yard. Seeing an abundance of ants in my yard this year. Foxes are raising their kits. Deer look healthy.
