The wet season has begun, but someone forgot to tell Ma Nature.  In a month that we average 6.59 inches of rain, we have accumulated just 1.19 inches through July 16.  Our last month of above average rainfall was October. Temperatures are running above normal, which only exasperates drought conditions.
