Condition Monitoring Report
Station Number: PA-CH-11
Station Name: Unionville 2.2 NE
Report Date: 7/15/2026
Submitted: 7/15/2026 9:17 AM
Scale Bar: Mildly Dry
Description:
Again, as with other recent reports, this is a hard one to assess. Rain has been sparce but adequate to keep the grass and lawns green and the flowers in prime condition. The prime indicator thought that it might be otherwise, besides my dry rain gauge, is that streams and creeks are very low. This is corroborated by the readout from a nearby USGS well indicating ground water is on the decline. However, grass and pastures show very little signs of stress. Horses have ample grazing and nearby fields are being actively cultivated, planted, harvested, as the case may be.
