Lawn mowing companies are having difficulties cutting the lawns and are having many jams.  Gas pipeline construction project and Kroger's parking lot project having significant delays on Marta Lynes Collins Boulevard.  Due to the last several months being extremely wet Kroger's Gasoline Station will not start for at least 3 months and will not be done well into next year 2027.  Lawn very soggy.  Tree branches extremely saturated and a few branches cam down for certain tree species due to the wood inside the branch being supersaturated with water from the previous rains. The past 30 days has ben extremely wet.  Pond level higher than normal.
