Logan County North Central on into Northwest Logan county is now a deep, lush green with the native buffalo grass and blue grams thriving and growing rapidly right now after several recent widespread storm complexes. It is obvious when you drive out in this now verdant area how drought conditions have eased here on the Northeast border of the state. These photos were in recent days before yet another heavy rain producing line of storms arrived. These examples are from Northwest Logan County on some pastures I was checking.  But the view is the same on pastures here at Iliff as well.
