The area is currently considered near normal and conditions had gotten slightly wetter and the ground is has dried up since the last update due to the area receiving less precipitation in the form of rain since there has been a lot of measurable rainfall last month in May and June and this had caused the area to receive an abundance of moisture the area had received in the past in general, but the grass is very green and vibrant in the front and back yard. The area experienced near normal to slightly above average temperatures the entire week. The air conditioner has been working average for the entire this week due to near normal to slightly warmer than average temperatures prevailing over the area the entire week due to temperatures warming slightly above average (as much as 4 degrees Fahrenheit above average). The ground has still remained dry this week and the drainage area in the backyard has no standing water.
