Continuing very dry conditions. Very little rain and unusually hot. Now no rain in sight for at least a week, with more temps in the 90's on the way. Lawns are turning brown, haven't mowed the lawn for several weeks. Some spotty rains have come through the area in the last couple weeks, but very isolated with little accumulation. Typical pattern here in western Michigan, large storms come across Wisconsin and Illinois and disappear coming across the cold water of Lake Michigan.
