Sunday afternoon shower brought humidity on top of humidity. Blue skies with passing clouds and rain nearby on Monday.   In-ground flower beds are dry but have drip irrigation installed and are on a timer for twice a week unless we get at least one half inch of rain.  The rain came every other day but less than half of an inch fell at any given time.  The soil absorbed almost all the rain.  My newly sprigged lawn has filled in very fast, assisted by the hot temperatures, adequate rainfall, and fertilizers.
