Soil moisture conditions continue to be very dry as significant rainfall avoids my area. Afternoon high temperatures exceeded 100 degrees every day this week. Humidity has been higher the past two days with heavy rainfall in the area and favorable flow from the Southwestern Monsoon continuing to develop.
