The monthly rainfall average is still below average at 4.18 inches but not by much (4.87 inches). The Forsythia leaves indicate that there is good ground water.

The ground still has a number of larger ground cracks indicating some still dryness.  The lack of rainfall can be seen in the dead grass.  Some grass is green and a significant amount is brown from either being dormant or dead. 

A few Hummingbirds are still visiting our feeders.  The water basins are attracting a number of birds.  We have not seen any new species.
