While this past June was dry (0.23" rain), it wasn't as dry as 2012-2015 (0.04"-0.15"). But widespread severe drought continues, stage 2 Fire Restrictions, water restrictions in place, and high fire danger. Plants burned up, cracks in soil long ago.
