I have received 1.36 inches of rain this past week which was spread over three days. My cornfield is growing normally. I'm mowing my yards every week. My garden and fruit trees are growing normally. I have a plot of about 30 milkweed plants, but I have not seen one Monarch butterfly. I have 4 raccoons eating the scrapes under my bird feeders. This morning I had a deer checking out my rain gauge this morning. I am retired and enjoying the cheapest gas in the country.$2.84 a gallon in Warsaw this morning.
