First signs of localized mushroom patches seen outdoors this week. Deciduous and evergreen trees/shrubs do not look all that stressed. Collected samples of warm tap, cool tap, and bottled distilled water on 6/27 to check electroconductivity at collection time, after refrigeration, and after freezing & thawing over a three-day period. Cool tap EC (microsiemens/unit):295;185;146. Warm tap:374;178;142. Distilled: 2,2,2. On 6/27 sampled breadcrumbs, table salt, shredded mozzarella, and shredded parmesan on petri dish agar for 72 hours out of sunlight under ambient AH < 10 torr. Microbial growth was negligible compared to biomass and biodiversity of air filter sample using same technique. Table salt culture dish produced excessive condensation compared to others.
