Rocky Mtn Power turned off power from 6 to 9 pm yesterday due to high winds and dry conditions. Affected some areas of Beaver and iron counties. Other areas of the counties were not affected. Cedar City requested citizens to stop outdoor watering because wells may not function. Condition may extend to Tuesday.
