Had an injured fawn in my yard and was taken away to be euthanized on Thursday with an infected leg joint. In Niagara by the school and the Niagara heights, a lot of fawns and deer in their neighborhood. Here in Aurora, there aren't many and see just 2 does on a regular basis one being the mother of that injured fawn. Geese are moving up and down the river and this is an unusual sight as they normally stay west at the cattle field area. Not many ducks stayed around this year as opposed to previous summers ----- TOURISM: Less RV's coming through probably due to gas prices but boat towing/travel increased this week. Farm machinery, didn't see one, Logging trucks were steady still. Local construction active.
