FIRE - GOOD NEWS! 0.23’ of rain yesterday will have moistened the solid to help reduce the threat of Fire, especially around wooded areas with fallen leaves on the ground.
ENERGY - We have returned to mostly normal temperatures both day and night times, with a few up and a few down.  This will indicate the normal usage of AC units around the area.
GENERAL - More precipitation would be very welcome to let us catchup to our deficit.  The Central or “Inland” areas of the state have received the majority of the precipitation over the past two to three weeks.
