Hatcher Creek approached flood level earlier this week but is now low and clear with visible bottom. Deluge apparently brought in fresh sediment which appears to decrease the vertical clearance to the timber bridge and therefore slightly altering the amount of rain needed to produce flood conditions. 27 measurements of indoor water vapor pressure recently with spread of 7.676 torr to 11.042 torr with IQR of 8.243-9.662. All observed indoor RH <60% without using dehumidifier, decreasing concerns for mold growth. Brief power/internet outage during storm which self-repaired within 60 seconds. Measured big differences in TDS and EC between hot/cold and shower warm water samples fresh out of the faucet but after measuring the same samples six hours and two days later the TDS and EC of the three samples were about the same. Some local merchants are notifying customers of issues with refrigeration, and some refrigerated products are not available withut customer explanation.
