Rainfall for the week was 1.60 inches.  This provided some temporary relief to plan life.  There was no change in reservoir levels and stream flows dropped back to near zero flow on smaller streams within 24 hours of the rain.  No standing water was noted by the day after either.  Water and burn restrictions remain in place.
