1" THIS WEEKEND  HELPED A BUNCH. Hay crop is pretty much toast. Pastures are short but green Cool season grasses are struggling.Fewer native flowers than normal. Sweet clover abundant, but very short. New wildlife babies running and flying. Creeks quit running a week ago. no runnof in dams and duggouts since last fall.
