Weekend rain somewhat flipped the condition up one notch. Picked up almost 2.5" of rain over a 12+ hour window. There was no flooding and only minor runoff. The MTD number is just over 3" above the total monthly avg. 
The MTD precip gauge is pegged out and the Calendar & Water YTD well in above normal range.
The grass and plants are happy, crop growth is progressing.
