Field grasses are browning up. Lawns are growing quite slow. We did a deep watering on all perennials/shrubs this week - they were looking stressed to due the heat and dryness. Penstemons around the neighborhood are already fading, much quicker blooms this year. We've been dealing with a lot of earwigs eating our plants/carrots sprouts. Only 0.32" over the last 28 days. I've moved us up to Moderately Dry conditions now.
