Two good rains this past week bringing 1.53" total. At the 2/3 mark, this month stands at 2.04", compared to the normal at this point of 3.16". Everything is green and growing with little watering of the garden but over an inch below the monthly average. Much of the past week was also some of the best weather you could ask for with warm days and cool, low humidity nights for sleeping. I would like to order 3 months more of that please.  This week I was "explored" on Flickr with a spider photo, found a family of 8 skunks living 30 feet behind the house in a woodchuck hole and have seen a woodchuck and rabbit on the lawn. So far the garden is ok. Birdbath is busy. The skunks and I are getting along fine.
