We actually had RAIN this week -- over 3.5" -- which has kept lawnmowers busy, and gardens and flowers producing well. The humidity is the challenge this week with heat indices in the 110's and outdoor activity limited. Soil moisture is now excellent and lakes are full to start the summer season, so restrictions are low, and fire is less of a problem (until it gets dry for longer periods...!)Critters are happy -- we now have a rabbit on the lawn daily, and birds at the fountain all day long.
