Over the past week 2.65" of rain has "turbo charged" all the perennials, lawns, shrubs, and fields.  Streams and rivers are running at normal levels and soil in in good condition.  Woodchuck activity remains high.  I am noticing an abundance of Black Walnut saplings through my yard and gardens this year.  More butterflies and appearing and bird activity is high.  Not many mosquitoes so far, or slugs.
