For week of 14-20 Jun: (3.0+ 5.0+ 0+ 0+ 11.0+ 0)= 19.0mm, Near Normal (low end). High's: +12C to +27C; Low's: +13C to +9C; Wind: Mostly calm, only light breezes, V 3-21km/hr; Dew: 3 days with dew, fog, much Pollen mixed in. Our deck table is re-covered in Pollen dust every morning (wipe, wipe). The grass continues to grow fast. Every few days you hear the lawn tractors out mowing. Clover is again in our back yard. The deer come as they please. Birds are very busy, many fly carrying nesting material. Young male pheasants figuring out their mating ritual, kind of "which direction do I go?" Local creeks are trickling. Streams, rivers normal flow. The NS Power Overhead Improvement Project is in full swing. Three boom trucks per section. And tourism is going strong with many tour buses, RV's and motorcycles travelling Peggy's Cove Rd. It can be a steady flow. It is a lovely drive. As of 0700, this AM, NS Burn Ban map shows 98% Green, only Queen's Cnty is Yellow.
