Soil moisture improved this past week as the Southwestern Monsoon appeared to begin on time, for a change. For my area, I believe the quantity of rain will be insufficient to start any weeds going. Four days of the week there were thunderstorms in my vicinity. It even turned severe mid-week, strong damaging winds and flash flooding to my south.
