Rainfall is slowly increasing but we are still over 30 inches below zero.  Of course the rain would increase right when major yard work is in progress around my home.  Quamire county!  Plants are hanging on but still having to hand water.  The above normal heat for this time of year is quickly drying up whatever falls.  Unfortunately, many people are saying now that rain has begun the drought is over, which it is not.  They also express they have no need to conserve water since the water bottling plants are still bottling spring water.  Lots of fires that quickly increase in size.
