I have received weekly rains of about an inch for the past six weeks. Pastures are green and the burn ban is off. The Blanco River in Wimberley is flowing at 74cfs. That's the first time in months that it is flowing above the median long-term flow for the 99-year period of record. I have received just over 3" gof rain this month.
