A mostly hot week with numerous threats of thunderstorms but few hitting here. Measured 0.04" of rain this week brining the monthly total to 0.51". June's normal for this week is 2.11".  Dryness hasn't really slowed down the lawn or garden as of yet so must still be moisture in the soil. 2 or 3 water cans a day on the garden for a few crops like parsnips, second crop of lettuce and some replanted carrots. Too hot for asparagus so stopped harvesting a few days ago. Birds busy at the water bath.
