We are over 7" below normal for 2026. Driest in decades. Wells in the couty are down but the Yadkin River provides for Salisbury,our  city due to mt.  rains. Farmers are hurting for obvkious reasons. Fire bnans have been out for months and wildlife aproaches more for food and water. Yellowing of garden crops and yards and shrubery.
