A drier week with rain on each end totaling 0.47". Last lawn mowing, sections had grown a little slower. With the setting up one notch on the mower was able to mow all on the one battery like I usually do. Had been switching to the other (chain saw) battery for the last bit of lawn. Garden is growing well but have watered at least with a water can each day. Parsnips and Lima beans not germinated yet. Bush peas are blossoming and potatoes look good. Have eaten about all the asparagus I can handle for one year and some neighbors have also. Bird bath water changed once or twice a day. Purchased another 6-pack of parsley. I think squirrels ate the first.
