Water year to date: 10.04 inches, 48% of of normal.  Year to date:  8.27 inches, 58 percent of normal.  Many lawns are either drying up or dying altogether. I've seen houses with bare dirt that once were lawns. We had to put water in our pool last week. And now it's ready for more.  Our weatherman told us two weeks ago that rainy season started. But where's the rain?
