Ground is quite dry, refer to attached photo. Mowing is difficult due to the amount of dust being kicked up by the mower. Grass growth is slowing. Mowed once in the past month. Birds are spending more time at our watering station. Seeded section of yard is not germinating after three weeks. Daily watering is needed for newly planted shrubs.
