Moved the Condition Scale Bar from Mildly Dry to Moderately Dry. We have not had any rain in the last 12 days, and little well before that. With the warm / hot temperatures, and the lack of rain, we are really dry. Fear that the condition scale bar will be moving worse before it gets better. Our ranch lake is still way below capacity and continuing to drop, fish should be safe as it still has a decent depth, but I'm still concerned. Have purchased additional round bales because I don't see any way the cattle will be on pasture this year. Will probably load up on hay ASAP because I'm concerned about price and availability in the fall. Pasture grass growth and lawn growth is essentially non-existent. Lawn is a sad shade of greenish yellow. Supplemental watering is in effect for anything we don't want to die.
