Submitting this on Friday, May 29 as I will be gone this weekend.  Since Monday I have recorded 0.89 inches of precipitation.   May precipitation to date of 4.29 inches is 116% of NOAA Norm 3.71 inches.  Year To Date and Water Year To Date at 97% and 118% of NOAA normal, respectively.  Low/high temperatures for the week were 48°F / 81°F with most temperatures in the 50s/60s. 

Gardens tilled and composted.  Potatoes and lettuce seedlings in.  Soil temperatures still not warm enough for optimal germination of beans, cukes, carrots and squash.  First hummingbird this week.  Apple blossoms out but already losing petals, lilacs in full bloom.
