Cheat Grass has grown about 2 inches and put out just a few seeds and is burning or going dormant. Usually cheat grass would be about 6 to 12 inches high. Where we have irrigated, it is a foot tall or more. Things are very dry still, badlands have not had enough rain to green up in most places. Hills here are a bit green. Mountain does not look good, but there is time for it to grow yet. Very few grass hoppers. No high water in the creeks.
