The last 10 days held several promising forecasts for significant rains.  My little  “donut hole”  got 1.78” vs thoroughly saturated areas within a 50 mile radius. The showers we’ve had are greatly welcome but aren’t making a dent to replenish nearby stock tanks. We do thankfully have green and growing foliage at the end of May. And I came across a gulf coast toad in my downspout this week, which was a happy finding.
