Some limited outdoor activities, cattle and other animals may have limited water sources, dying vegetation, creating high potential of wildfire, plants and wildlife may be affected if water sources are not available nearby. 

Heat, drought like conditions may affect emergency responders who are out on emergency calls or searching for lost individuals.  The general outlook of weather however will most likely show an increase of enthusiasts who enjoy outdoor activities. 

Since dry conditions are observed, one should use water resources wisely.
