Recent rainfall has improved conditions.  Over the last couple of days, 2.01" of rain fell.  Rainfall for the month now is 2.86" -.50" (85%). For the year is still far below normal with 13.27" -4.43" (.75%).  Since March 1, the rainfall total is 9.83" and is -1.55".
