Rain is happening now,  finally. Cedars, arborvitae, pines--all very dry and browning from the tips of needles in some cases, and also at the base near the trunks. Slow flower growth, many plants such as lavender, rosemary, heather still recovering from damage from the snow/ice storm--drought not helping.
