The ground in my yard has been saturated to the point that it could flood if there is more than just 2 inches of rain or so, because there has been (probably) 3 to 5 times more precipitation than last years rain.   Additional note: It also makes me really mad when it randomly rains on the weekend LOL! (Like today) In any case, I do assume that it is because of the El Niño effect in the weather, which makes the weather shift around to be more moist, rainy, and even snowy if it was winter as of this report. Either way, this is concerning because Indiana was in a considerable drought last year, which the El Niño has probably already cleared that up!
