Recent precipitation has put a dent in the impact of the ongoing drought.  We've had 3.90 inches of measurable water in the past 30 days.  2.80 inches in May, and 1.52 inches in just the last 7 days.  Natural grass is rebounding nicely.  It's a deep green and nearly 12 inches tall.  Cow ponds are showing some signs of water retention.  Watering restrictions remain in effect.
