Drought conditions have continued into the first half of May.  We have one day with over an inch of rain followed by weeks of dry weather.  Summer heat returned for the past week, only breaking last evening with a marine layer taking over.  Currently, May is the 7th consecutive month with a rainfall deficit. Additional watering is required for growth of grass, and gardens.
