Pasture grass growth stunted due to low soil moisture.  Deeper rooted broad leaf plants holding up better than grasses. Hay will be light given early season heat, wind, and lower than normal precipitation- 0.89" month to date.  Our two perennial streams are flowing lower than normal for this time of year.
